TWOPAC: Training Work and Organizational Psychologists Assessment Reporting Skills
In today's dynamic world of work, work and organisational psychologists develop solutions for complex organisational challenges. This requires a successful combination of theoretical knowledge and practical skills. However, many Master's graduates in work and organisational psychology in Europe are confronted with a significant gap between their university education and the requirements of professional practice.
TWOPAC (Training Work and Organisational Psychologists Assessment Reporting Skills) aims to close this gap. To this end, innovative teaching and training materials are being developed that specifically promote students' holistic problem-solving skills. The focus lies on five central areas of work and organisational psychology: job analysis, assessment centres, talent management, career management and psychological risk assessment. The materials developed will be made available via an online platform and will be used at partner universities throughout Europe.
TWOPAC specifically promotes skills that are in demand on the labour market. In the long term, TWOPAC will help to improve teaching standards in occupational and organisational psychology and optimally prepare students for the challenges of the job market.
