Evaluation of new workplace concepts: Flexible office concepts
The aim of the project was to investigate the introduction of a flexible office concept. Flexible office concepts are working environments in which employees can work flexibly in terms of time and location. They do not have a fixed assigned workspace and can daily choose an office zone or workspace that suits their current work activity (e.g. a defined zone for concentrated work). Within this project, a methodology was developed to measure the success of this office concept.
This methodology was applied in the context of the office redesign at Deloitte Human Capital.
