Curriculum Vitae

Ricarda successfully completed her doctorate in October 2023 under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Dipl-Psych. Jana Kühnel at the Institute of Work, Economic, and Social Psychology. Since then, she has continued to teach in the Master's program in Psychology, focusing on work and health psychology. In addition, she works independently as a systemic coach, psychological counselor, and trainer.

Previously, she completed her Master's degree at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, Germany (Psychology, with specializations in Work and Economics, and Cognitive and Neuropsychology). Her Master's thesis was written in collaboration with the Fraunhofer Institute for Building Physics in Stuttgart on the topic of well-being in different office space configurations. During this time, she also completed a research internship at Dublin City University in Ireland.
