Research interests

Different dimensions of flexibility in modern forms of work and their implications for the individual: role conflicts, mental recovery, active boundary management between work and private life respectively between various life roles.

Curriculum Vitae

Julia obtained her master’s degree in Psychology (special focus on work and organizational psychology) in October 2016 at the University of Vienna. Since 2017, she is working as a predoctoral researcher at the Department under the supervision of Univ.-Prof. Dr. Christian Korunka.

Julia is writing her doctoral thesis about the consequences of ICT-enabled boundaryless work regarding psychological recovery from work with regard to boundary management and the personal need for structure. Her work is part of the DOC-team project “ICT-enabled boundaryless work”. Further information on the interdisciplinary project is available here.
