Intra-group conflict, well-being, conflict management, emotion regulation

I completed a Master’s degree in psychology from the University of Tehran, Iran, in 1995. After graduation, I worked as a researcher in the human resources department of an Iranian public enterprise. Later, I work as a researcher in organizational psychology and an instructor in a public university in Tehran.

Wanting to pursue my interests in organizational psychology, I applied for, and was admitted to, the University of Vienna. In my thesis, I am focusing how conflict management and emotion regulation influence the effects of intra-group conflict on well-being.
