Curriculum Vitae

Vera has been a project team member at the University of Applied Sciences in Hagenberg and at the University of Vienna since March 2017. She works on the project "cognitive demands of flexible work", funded by the Austrian Science Fund (FWF). Vera examines the effects of cognitive demands of flexible work on the relationship between work and career, both in the short term and in the long term. In addition, she is interested in the individual factors that influence this process. Among others, she investigates physiological indicators, such as heart rate variability (HRV) – a subject she has concentrated on during her one-year research stay at Boston University.
