Curriculum Vitae

Irina Nalis-Neuner is a uni:docs fellow at the Department of Applied Psychology at the University of Vienna and works on the “work in times of change” team. In addition, the “career changer” has been working in the field of strategic brand consulting, communications consulting and organisational consulting for many years.

Her research focuses on career self-management. At the centre of her research are quantitative and qualitative studies on

     

  • Career Change – bridges and breaches in the curriculum vitae
  •  

  • Career Crafting – new ways of thinking and acting in a career
  •  

  • sustainable career development and
  •  

  • subjective success.
  •  

She is a member of EGOS, the European Group for Organizational Studies, the German Psychological Society and Strategie Austria (Strategy Austria). 

The aim of her research is to understand how we can produce change in today’s professional life to find ways to tomorrow’s success that better satisfies the needs of individuals, organisations and society. Irina’s mission is the contribution of answers to the big question of the “future of work”.
